Brockville Police are asking for the public’s help finding the vehicle responsible for leading them on a chase.
Brockville Police Services say that while on a general patrol near the MacGregor Crane officers saw a small silver vehicle enter the area. An officer tried approaching the vehicle, but it fled the area at high speed. According to police the officer followed the vehicle for bit, before it headed westbound on the 401. After a short chase at speeds of around 190 km/h the officers called off the pursuit.
Police are looking for a small silver or grey sedan, possibly a Pontiac G6 or Chevrolet made product. There were two occupants inside the vehicle at the time of the chase and anyone with information is asked to contact the Brockville Police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
