Officials are teasing the upcoming skating season on the Rideau Canal.
While the ice isn’t ready yet, posts on the Rideau Canal Facebook page say workers were working on the rink yesterday. Teams were flooding the surface of the skateway to thicken the ice with the cooler temperatures being seen across the area.
