A Stormont Dundas and Glengarry OPP officer will be facing domestic assault charge.
The OPP East Region Headquarters says that on the evening of December 20th, officers were called to a domestic incident involving the off-duty officer.
The 17-year-member of the OPP was charged with one count of domestic assault. The OPP says the officer has been put on administrative duties and will appear in court on January 9th.
No other details have been released at this time.
