The total raised at this year’s Winter Cup Classic Hockey tournament has been revealed.
During Committee of the Whole this week Councillor Leanne Burton announced that just under $10,000 will be going to the South Grenville Minor Hockey Association. Eight teams took part in the one day tournament, with their registration fees collected as donations. Money was also raised through a BBQ, silent auction, Chuck-a-puck and 50/50 draw.
The Row won for the second straight year and Prescott would like to thank all their generous community partners and volunteers.
