The South East LHIN is looking for your feedback on their website.
Caitlin den Boer, Director of Communications and Engagement with the South East LHIN, says the Community Engagement Survey is part of their Integrated Health Services Plan. According to den Boer every LHIN is required to create a three year strategic plan, with South East launching their next plan in 2019. This is the fifth time they have created a strategic plan and den Boers say every few years they do a broader public engagement.
The survey is designed to help inform the LHIN on how people access health care services, challenges and positive points of the health care system. Den Boer adds that it provides the community with a chance to provide specific feedback on any issues they may have.
Paper copies are available for anyone who would like them and can be obtained by contacting den Boer at [email protected]. The online survey can be found here and is available until April 20th.
