The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit wants to spread the word about cultural supports. Its launching a ‘Let’s Talk About Culture’ initiative to promote local resources specific to culture.
The Health Unit says Culture contributes to life skills, physical and emotional health, as well as vibrant communities.
Some of the resources include the Leeds Grenville Immigration Portal, St. Lawrence-Rideau Immigration Partnership and Refugees for Brockville. All of these resources and more are available through the Health Unit, which has offices in Brockville, Almonte, Gananoque, Kemptville, Perth and Smiths Falls.
If you have a group or resource on culture and diversity in Leeds, Grenville and Lanark, let the Health Unit know so they can help get the word out.
