A New Brunswick man is facing charges after he was caught stealing fuel from a gas station in South Dundas.
The Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP responded to the incident which took place on Highway 401 in the township early Thursday morning, around 4 a.m.
Investigators found the suspect arrived at the gas station, and took gas without paying.
Police also found he was breaching previous release conditions.

As a result, police arrested and charged the 38-year-old with multiple offenses including theft under $5,000, possession of crystal meth, and other charges.
The man was held in custody and he’ll be before a judge today in Cornwall.
