St. Lawrence – Rideau Immigration Partnership To Host Diversity Day On May 25

The St. Lawrence – Rideau Immigration Partnership is set to host the Leeds & Grenville Diversity Day.

Diversity Day is a free event open to all individuals and organizations.

Program Manager for St. Lawrence – Rideau Immigration Partnership Melissa Francis says they have a number of amazing speakers involved this year and conversations will be applicable to all participants.

“This is our first Diversity Day being hosted via Zoom and we are hoping to welcome people who may not otherwise attend due to time, budget or transportation challenges,” Francis said.

Jackie Schoemaker Holmes from Empowerment for Resilience will present her findings from the 2020 Leeds and Grenville Immigrant Consultations.

You can register for the event here, and the deadline to register is May 23.

Diversity Day takes place May 25.
