Tesla drivers traveling to Ottawa will have a new spot to charge up along the way soon.
The company has announced a “Supercharger” is being installed on Kemptville’s Prescott Street in the coming weeks.
Superchargers are high-power charging stations created by Tesla. The company says drivers can regain enough power to drive more than 300 kilometres by plugging their car into one for just fifteen minutes
The charging station is expected to open in “Q2 2022”, according to Tesla’s website. MyPrescottNow.com has reached out to Tesla for more details.
