North Grenville has announced some key dates for budget deliberations while encouraging the public to get engaged and to be part of the process.
“Our annual budget process is one of the most important opportunities to plan for the future of our community,” Mayor Nancy Peckford said in a media release.
“We are grateful to all residents who provided their feedback through the survey. Your voice matters, and your input will help guide us in making informed and balanced decisions that reflect our shared priorities.”
The first draft of the budget presentation to council is scheduled for March 4 at North Grenville Municipal Centre’s council chambers.
The following day (March 5) there is a virtual public consultation from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
