A new survey is highlighting team pride at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
The recent staff survey, completed by 62 per cent of staff and physicians, found that overall employee satisfaction stands at 84 per cent.
That’s up from 62 per cent in 2021.
For pride in the workplace, 95.6 per cent of staff say they are proud to work at WDMH, a 13.4 per cent increase since 2021.

Officials say the survey also identified areas for improvement and the Recruitment and Retention Committee has developed a list of recommendations and new initiatives.
These include everything from regular check-ins by managers, to more milestone celebrations, to better email management.
