The South East Regional Cancer Program is hoping to increase the number of mammograms done during Mammo Month in the Brockville area. Women can book appointments or walk-in each Wednesday in October at the Brockville General Hospital. Appointments can be booked between noon and 8:00pm. You can also walk-in before 7:30pm. The program says a mammogram is a safe, quick and effective way to spot early signs of cancer. To book an appointment, call 613-345-8304.
