A 44-year-old St. Catharines man faces charges after a stop on Highway 401 near the Edward Street exit. OPP says officers stopped the man for speeding last week at 9:00am in the morning. He was charged with speeding and driving with 80 milligrams of blood alcohol. Police remind drivers that drinking and driving can happen at any hour.
