A special event to rededicate the clock tower could be hosted on Founder’s Day, December 4th. Committee of the Whole discussed the possibility at Monday’s meeting. There was talk about hosting an event that would include the re-dedication of the clock tower. The event could also include re-applying the original plaque at the site, or getting a new one installed. While nothing is set in stone, councilors and staff will continue to discuss event details and whether or not they go ahead with the plan.
