If you’re near the Spencerville Fairgrounds or fire hall today you may see many emergency vehicles in the area. The Edwardsburgh Cardinal Fire Department will be hosting an emergency training exercise in Spencerville at the fire hall and fairgrounds from 9:00 to 3:00pm.
