The town of Prescott is encouraging all of its residents who have a smartphone to download Prescott’s app. The app is called “Ping Street” and it allows you to connect to the town directly to report things like potholes or downed power lines. It also allows you to see upcoming events here in town, view the garbage and recycling schedule and can direct you straight to Prescott’s Facebook and Twitter pages. The town is raising awareness and says not enough people know about the app.
