A 19-year-old Prescott man has been charged with impaired driving. OPP officers stopped the man on Highway 401 near Lansdowne on Sunday. After stopping him, officers noticed he was impaired. The man was charged with impaired driving, failing to move over for an emergency vehicle, and novice driver with a blood alcohol level above zero.
