Sunday at 2:00am, clocks will be turned back one hour. Canada wasn’t the first Country to institute Daylight Savings Time but the idea was first implemented within our country. Thunder Bay instituted Daylight Savings Time at the city level in 1908. Germany was the first country to use it in 1916.
