Do you have a story to tell about Prescott? If you do, Friends of the Prescott Library wants to hear it.
The group is holding a writing and memory workshop called “Fort Town Memories” to collect and share heritage stories of the town. The workshop is being funded by the Government of Ontario’s Seniors Community Grant Program “Ontario 150”.
The workshop will also be led by award-winning author Emily-Jane Hills Orford and is in celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary next year.
The workshop takes place at the Walker House in Prescott on King St. on Tuesday, November 29th at 3:30pm.
