With public meetings for the UCDSB’s accommodation review plan on the horizon, Leeds-Grenville MPP Steve Clark is calling for the school board to lift the limit on participation.
This comes after Clark had written another formal letter to school board chairman Jeff McMillan, stating that “more meetings in more locations with more time for delegations should always be the default position of any public organization”.
Currently the UCDSB is only allowing eight presenters per meeting to come forward and state their cases, which Clark has received numerous complaints about.
The first meeting to be held for the South Grenville, North Grenville, Brockville, and Athens areas will take place at South Grenville District High School on Tuesday, November 15th at 6:30pm.
