Windmill Brewery held their grand opening over the weekend and are officially now open for business. The brewery is located on Newport Drive in Johnstown beside the recently opened Kings Lock Craft Distillery
Brewery founder Sean Lucey’s passion and consumer demand for craft beer took him from a busy basement business into the new brewery he is in now.
Lucey says his new Windmill brew reflects how he wants people to enjoy his creation.
The name, Windmill Brewery, also has local ties based on its proximity to the battle of the windmill site, with the brewery also set up on what is believed to be an original Loyalist campground.
