The Prescott detachment of the OPP will be welcoming a new Staff Sergeant come the beginning of December.
Nancy Graves will be taking over as Operations Manager for Grenville County OPP. This comes as Detachment Commander Bill Bolton is set to retire at the end of the month.
Bolton started with the Prescott detachment in May 2007 and later became commander in early 2014. Bolton commends the police services board for making his job easy here in town.
Graves comes in when Bolton leaves on December 1st, having previously worked at the Lanark County detachment of the OPP.
