The Kinsmen Club of Brockville’s snowsuit drive has come to an end after a month of collecting.
The club collected 1,050 snowsuits, but fell short of their goal of 1,300.
The club says the warm weather at the beginning of November and the recent snowstorm slowed the collection and donation process. In past years the Kinsmen Club says they have collected much more during the same time frame .
Monetary donations made will also go to buying snowsuits in sizes that were not donated. This was the 28th consecutive year the Kinsmen Club has run their snowsuit drive.
