Grenville County OPP have wrapped up an investigation into a claim that an SUV hit a mother and her baby while they were walking in Kemptville.
On December 6th, Jennifer Lowe of Kemptville reported that a vehicle had hit her baby stroller on Clothier Street while leaving a parking lot, backed up, drove around her, and then took off.
Police have actually determined that no collision ever took place between the SUV and the baby stroller or Lowe.
As such, 24-year-old Jennifer Lowe is now charged with Public Mischief and is set to appear in court.
