A vehicle was stolen and then crashed as part of a break-in in Brockville.
Yesterday just after midnight, a home owner called police after a car had crashed into his house causing severe damage.
Police discovered that the car had been stolen from a different house in the north end of the city as a getaway car after the suspect had broken into a home and stolen many items.
Despite the crash, the suspect walked away from the incident. Brockville Police are currently searching for a tall, thin man, with long dark hair wearing a green army style coat.
Police say they received no calls about the incident despite gathering many eye witness reports. If you have any information on these events, you are asked to contact Brockville Police.
