Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario has cancelled all transportation for the Upper Canada District School Board and the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario.
This comes after heavy snow, rain, and freezing rain overnight across the region.
Environment Canada has also issued a wind warning for Prescott, Brockville, Gananoque, and Mallorytown this morning..
Southwesterly winds are gusting from 60 to 90 kilometres per hour this morning in areas along the St. Lawrence River.

Damage to buildings and roofs is possible, with loose items at risk for being blown away as well.
Winds will gradually die down throughout the morning.
