The 2017 budget was slated to be passed tonight, but changes and project additions have pushed the approval back until February’s council meeting.
That leaves tonight’s meeting to address a number of new by-laws coming to the area.
Of the many by-laws to be approved, council is expected to approve one to allow the building of four residential units at the corner of St. Lawrence Street and Jessup Street.
