A man is facing possession charges after being stopped at the border. Grenville County OPP helped the Canada Border Services Agency with the arrest at the Prescott-Ogdensburg International Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
A 25-year-old Ottawa man has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking heroin and two other drugs. He’s also charged with unauthorized possession of a weapon.
