A 911 call from a crying child had police rushing to a home in Brockville.
A female victim inside the home told police that she was trying to keep a man known to her from forcing his way inside the house.
The man wasn’t at the house when police showed up, but came back to turn himself in. As a result, the 27-year-old is now facing charges of assault and mischief.
No one was hurt in the incident.
