A driver from Smiths Falls is facing charges of impaired driving and driving while disqualified.
Brockville Police pulled over the driver on Friday afternoon and noticed a strong odour of alchol coming from the car.
In addition to breath samples that registered twice the legal limit, police also discovered the driver had a lifetime driving ban in place.
The 29-year-old man was also serving weekends at the Brockville jail.
