The Town of Prescott is letting residents know about reports of coyote sightings.
The town has posted a coyote warning on its Facebook page.
Officials say the reports are mostly coming from the west end of town around the border.
The town says residents should keep their pets indoors at nights, accompany leashed pets outside, do not leave food waste outside and never feed or attempt to get close to coyotes.
If you see a coyote acting out of the ordinary, contact the OPP or Town of Prescott.
