Beth Donovan Hospice’s “Forever Home” celebrated with ribbon cutting and open house

Beth Donovan Hospice in North Grenville has celebrated the opening of its “Forever Home” with a ribbon cutting and open house.

Volunteers, community members, politicians and staff had a first look at the new location on French Settlement Road Friday.

Beth Donovan Hospice Chair Sue Walker spoke about the importance of the volunteers that make the hospice what it is during the event.

Walker said they still hope to take the hospice one step further and turn it into a residential hospice with beds. That would require funding from the Champlain Local Health Integration Network.
