The Brockville Police Association has presented the annual Cops Care for Kids award.
This year’s recipient is 2-year-old Kaiden and his parents Kristen Sturgeon and Bradley Harper of Brockville. Kaiden suffers from Sandoff Disease which requires frequent travel to appointments out of town.
The association has presented the family with $3,500 towards the purchase of a 2013 vehicle from St. Lawrence Automobiles to the family. The owner, Darryl Amoroso, also assisted the family with the purchase.
The Cops Care for Kids program has been running for six years in Brockville. The Brockville Police Association is thanking the public for their continued support.
