Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the person or people responsible for damaging a number of vehicles in the downtown area.
The Brockville Police Service says between Saturday evening and Sunday morning they responded to seven complaints of slashed tires in the King Street West and St. Paul Street area. According to police most of the damaged vehicles were parked in the Metro store parking lot. They also added that some of the damaged vehicles were there from 4:30pm Saturday until police were contacted at 3:00am Sunday.
