A 33-year-old Brockville woman has a bail hearing today following a domestic disturbance early in the morning.
Police say that just before 2:00am they were called to a Brock Street residence by a 44-year-old male victim who claimed his common law wife had hit him several times during an argument and that he had cuts on his face. According to police when they arrived they found the woman had fled but she did return and spoke with police.
Police say that as a result of interviews with those involved and their own investigation, the woman was arrested for domestic assault and mischief under $5,000, because of a window that was broken during the fight.
