A golf tournament is hoping to raise some much needed funds for an Upper Canada District School Board charity.
The Champions for Kids Foundation Golf Tournament will take place on Thursday at Smuggler’s Glen Golf Course in Lansdowne. The event is held annually to benefit the foundation. C4K helps children and families within the UCDSB pay for sports, activities and other costs that are sometimes needed when a family is in financial need.
The tournament is $150 per person. It starts at 11:30am and includes dinner and more.
