The investigation continues after a dispute over loud music led to an assault.
Brockville police say they were called to 210 King Street on Monday night after a 62-year-old man called to report he had been assaulted. According to the man he had asked the residents in 206 King Street to turn down their music. After the incident police say an unidentified male came down from the third floor of 206 King Street using the fire escape and struck the victim in the head several times. The 62-year-old victim was taken to Brockville General Hospital, treated for his injuries and released.
Police are describing the suspect as male, approximately 25-years-old, wearing a black hat, black shirt and black pants.
