The Upper Canada District School Board has released its administrative appointments for the 2017-2018 school year and a new face is coming to Prescott.
Students at South Grenville District High School are getting a new vice-principal. Heidi Linnen-MacDonald was announced as the newest addition to the South Grenville District High School team earlier this week. Linnen-MacDonald joins the high school after previously being the vice-principal at Benson Public School in Cardinal.
Benson Public School closed permanently at the end of the 2016-2017 academic year. Some other local changes include; Cindy St. Pierre Steele becoming the vice-principal and Chris Boston becoming principal at Brockville Collegiate Institute, and Krista Mano stepping in to the principal position at Morrisburg Public School.
