Prescott Town Hall is extending the deadline for Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year award applications.
Originally due last Friday the town announced through their website that citizens would now have until December 22nd to get their nomination forms in. The town urges nominators to be specific when talking about their nominee. Listing charitable activities, results, achievements or who benefited from the person’s hard work will improve their odds of being selected as the winner.
The town also notes that while winners do not have to live in Prescott proper, their activities should have benefited the town or its people.
