Replacing the sidewalk on Henry Street is moving forward. Prescott Council recommended the project, which comes with a price tag of $13,520.00 (plus HST).
The sidewalk being replaced runs along the north side of the Post Office and Royal Canadian Legion properties in town.
Council discussed covering the cost using a reserve fund or adding it into the total cost of the fire hall, which is on budget and on time.
Prescott Mayor Brett Todd says new sidewalks with clean up the whole block.
