Rainfall, combined with melting snow today. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall. Rapidly falling temperatures, strong winds, snow and local blowing snow Thursday.
What: Rainfall amounts of 15 to 25 mm. Locally higher amounts possible. Rapidly falling temperatures with rain changing to snow resulting in surfaces becoming icy and slippery. Reduced visibility in snow and local blowing snow.
When: Rain through tonight. Rapidly falling temperatures, snow and local blowing snow Thursday.
Additional information: Rain, heavy at times, and mild temperatures are expected today. Localized flooding in low-lying areas and water pooling on roads is possible.
