An agreement with universities in Mexico has opened up options for international studies for students at St. Lawrence College.
The partnership was agreed to with the National Association of Technological Universities of Mexico and will allow for co-op studies, the exchange of academic material, and will allow Mexican teachers to come learn at the college as well.
Details on joint credential and dual credit programs are still being explored.
St. Lawrence College already has strong international studies programs with 1,400 international students registered at St. Lawrence campuses and 400 Canadian students currently studying in China. The college also has three Mexican students working towards diplomas this year.
