The Grenville County OPP has a new Detachment Commander. Inspector June Dobson has assumed the role as of yesterday.
Dobson has been with the OPP for 28 years and has worked in general policing and in the Criminal Investigation Branch on major cases. Dobson has been in the East Region for over three years and has been Detachment Commander at the Leeds and Russell County detachments.
Dobson has taken over the role from Inspector Bill Bolton who retired after 30 years in policing at the end of last month.
