Susan Forbes, principal at St. James the Greater in Kemptville, was recently chosen as one of Canada’s outstanding principals for 2017.
Forbes is being recognized as one of the top 40 educational leaders in Canada.
While working as principal at in the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario, Forbes has helped raise provincial test scores in both writing and math.
Forbes thanks all the staff, parents, and students at St. James, and will be honoured at the annual Canada’s Outstanding Principals award gala in Toronto at the end of February.
