Kemptville Ribfest will get $6,650 in funding from the 2017 Celebrate Ontario program.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville is organizing the ribfest for June 16th to 18th.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville Executive Director Jane Fullerton says the money is used by the organization to help level the playing field for children.
Kemptville Ribfest is one of over 300 festivals and events in Ontario to receive Celebrate Ontario funding. Kemptville Live Music Festival was also awarded $100,000 through the program.
