A man from South Dundas is facing impaired driving related charges.
The OPP says it stopped a 33-year-old man on County Road 1 in South Dundas while officers were on the scene of Thursday night’s fatal collision.
Police noticed he had been drinking. They laid two charges in relation to impaired driving. The OPP says he’s expected to face those charges in Morrisburg court on May 25th.
